Thursday * May 3, 2018 * 9:22 p.m. Hi Sweetie, I am back once again...checking in to say Hi to my favorite little Angelito in Heaven! Nana had a busy day. I was at Gift of Mary homeless shelter and I baked banana bread for hours! You see I go every Thursday to help MaryAnn another volunteer who has been there 17 yrs. She is older and I do most of the work, which is okay with me. Today I made 1 loaf of sugar free banana bread and 6 more with sugar. Thank GOD we did not have to cook, a family dropped off fried chicken, macaroni salad & spanish rice. They are a nice mexican couple who make & contribute food for dinner. After I cleaned up, I also swept & mopped. Ann the other volunteer who usually does it had cataract surgery today and was not able to come in. I pray she heals and has no complications. I might go back on Sat. to continue helping Sister Christopher and I know Mary Ann will like it if I do. She always likes company and I have a feeling she will want to go to the casino. Yikes, I need to stay away from the casino though. Well, sweetpea, I have talked your ear off tonight. Please ask GOD to watch over my loved ones, my friends and neighbors. Help us to keep healthy and to do his work. LORD you see what goes on and I know you watch over us and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your blessings.
